This week, I skipped some school and joined my family in Park City, Utah! I'm not going to lie, I'm not a huge fan of Utah. But I love it here. The town, adorable. The Mountains, green. Temperature, almost not too hot. It has been an extremely fun weekend. I wouldn't say better than last, but equally exciting. Some highlights are a beer garden, temple open house, Joseph Smith movie (both with my non member family members), seeing my grandma in my big sunglasses, best steak ever, water aerobics, horseback riding, zip line, watching ski jumping, ROOTS shopping, and dinner out with the whole family. All in 2 days. It feels like it has been much longer, which I love.
My dad is the only member in his family. However they are the sweetest people I know. My grandpa, is so adorable, soft spoken, and amazing. He is my only
grandpa still alive at 91, (and I can't wait to meet my grandpa Fiala once again) he has been a Prisoner of war, and I personally believe an amazing father figure for my father. Who I also love. He is similar in many ways.
Side note: My absolute favorite thing about my dad is that he listens to everything I say, but when I say outrageous things he never responds, he just keeps looking at whatever he was, and smiles. He is a peacemaker, and a fighter. My mother is a fighter, so the combination made me into more of a fighter than a lover. :) But you all know that. Oh another thing I love about my dad, is he discovered my "love language" is getting gifts. Which is sadly very very true. Example: today we found sweatshirts at the Roots

store, and I persuaded my mother to get it for me, and I can feel her love in the warmth of the sweatshirt. I mean I also love being told "I love you" especially when people truly mean it. Okay that was a long side note.
Back to my family. My grandpa is basically my Hero. My grandma is getting old, I mean she has always been old, but now she has begun to show it. She is 85, and just began using a walking stick (its not really a cane, and I believe she would be offended if I called it that). My grandma is extremely caring, always worrying about everyone, making sure everyone feels loved, welcomed, and comfortable. So I'm sure its difficult for her to let us help her. Like just offering her my seat, she will stubbornly refuse, until I assure her I have another. I love her. My Uncle John is old, as Dylan pointed out. However I have NEVER thought of him this way, he has and probably will always be my favorite uncle. He is so easy to talk to, and mostly listen to. He has a story for everything, and a favorite restaurant or dessert in every city he has been. He just makes me happy. My
aunt Jean (my fathers sister) lives next to my grandparents and does a wonderful job taking care of them. She is like my grandma in that way, she is very onto of making everyone feel safe and comfortable. Also there is no drama on this side of the family (or at least none that I see). We really do just all enjoy each others company,
everyone is always offering to pay for things, and spoil us ridiculously. My Uncle Dick, looks just like my dad, only he dresses better. Except they have the same shoes, its cute. He is divorced,

but is dating a women names Lisa. She is super nice, and I just love her, and her children. Molly and Matthew which is only confusing because my uncle Dick also has a son named Matt. And Grant, who is a
sweet heart. He is at the age where he really should be a total brat, but he isn't. He tried to eat healthy, and likes doing whatever we want. He is also pretty easy to talk to, especially been a teen boy ready to go into middle school. I only have three cousins on this side, so I'm happy to welcome in Molly and Matthew into the family. Even thought Molly thinks "it would just be creepy" if Dick and Lisa got married. Molly is fun. She is the most mature 8 year old I have EVER met, yet still as childish as ever. Matthew is a mommas boy, so I didn't get to know him as much, but he loves camera's like me so I'm sure we would get along. Matt my actual cousin, is now too old for family reunions and didn't come, but he is pretty hardcore with his
facial hair, and bullet bike. But he is just like the rest of my family and is actually a sweet

heart. He wishes. Well this weekend is winding down and I'm becoming more aware of the piles of homework I need to do.
ohh well who does that.
Well long story short, I love my Family and how cute they are. In case you didn't get that from above. Its going to be hard to go back to school for the next two weeks, but only 14 more days. Then my life is going to be all about bread, Bridger, and my best friends! I'm stoked.
By the way Bridger update, they just got a new car for me to drive around when I'm babysitting him :)
I love my life! And all of you!
Goodnight
p.s. Yes I'm still jealous I didn't get to go to coldplay, but I'm less upset because one Brittany just called me, and I'm currently listening to Fix You, and two I'm not just sitting in Rexburg wanting to cut my wrist.
